Printer Lnk Question – How can i remove printer ink from tile floor ?

My copying machine fell from the desk on the tile floor,thhe ink spilt, then kittens tracked it all over . So not only do I have the ink spill ,I have kittrn paw tracks upstairs ,down stairs,even on the window sill and out on the roof!

Best Answer: First clean the kittens feet so it doesn’t ingest any of it. Is it ink or toner? Toner vacuum up right away. For ink, you can wipe from the tile with paper towels, then spray hairspray on anything left and immediately wipe that up. Then wash the tile as usual. Use the hairspray on the windowsill and stairs too. Just be sure to spray and wipe immediately.

  • Try acetone, you can buy it at the hardware store. Do not use on painted surfaces.
    Kerosene may work on the painted areas.
